As a key member of our sales team, your mission will be to provide exceptional service to our discerning clientele, while contributing to achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome, advise, and build loyalty with customers by offering a personalized and high-end shopping experience.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of our luxury leather product range to effectively meet the needs and desires of our customers.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by applying consultative sales techniques.
• Participate in stock management and visual merchandising to maximize product appeal.
• Collaborate closely with the rest of the sales team and other departments to ensure consistency in customer service and in-store experience.
• Gather customer feedback and relay relevant information to the management team to continuously improve the offering and service.

Candidate Profile:

• Significant experience in luxury product sales, ideally in leather goods or related sectors.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• A keen eye for detail and aesthetics, with a passion for luxury products and fashion.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively within a team.
• Flexibility to work on a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in French, English and a third language would be appreciated
