I worked at festivals during Summer as a bartender and barback. • I was able to make a variety of cocktails such as rum & coke, gin & tonics and palomas. • I operated using Challenge 25 effectively. • Working as a part of a team, I made sure the bar was constantly supplied with drinks, ice and cups to ensure bartending went smoothly.

I worked as a Waitrose Partner for over two years working both night and day shift, providing excellent customer service. I am fully trained in: • Cashier at Kiosk – Selling tobacco, lottery tickets and alcohol using 'Challenge 25' ensuring I am selling to customers of age. • Reductions – Reducing items and cross-checking expiring dates to ensure all product is fresh. • Click & Collect – Handing customers their parcels in a timely manner and storing parcels efficiently required great organizational skills. • Deliveroo – Having an extensive knowledge of the store meant I could quickly source items for orders in a timely manner and work well under pressure. • Waitrose Café – I would serve customers fresh pastries and bakery as well as preparing them teas and coffees. I would make sure to clean as I go to ensure a tidy workspace.

• As part of the waiting staff, I worked dynamically with my colleagues to deliver a high level of customer service. • I was happy to support my team how ever I could and would help cover shifts due to my flexible schedule. • As a waitress, my role was varied, sometimes I would take customer's orders, serving them with food and drinks, highlight the daily specials and chef's recommendations.
