My role at Lids includes greeting customers and ensuring they feel welcomed when entering the store, making sure that the shop floor is always at the highest visual standards, and keeping a proactive and organized word professionalism. As a supervisor at Lids, I am responsible for opening and closing procedures, key holder status, cash handling and management, and being second in command for staff needs and assistance.
