• Fabric and trims sourcing, development for all collections Pre-collection, Runway, Capsules, VIP • Managing critical path and deadlines for all raw materials in order to ensure collection delivery • Managing budgets, invoicing and raising PO's on internal system to process payments • Placing orders for sampling across fabrics and trims for prototype and sampling stage • Developing prints, embroidery, jacquards and special techniques based on the theme of the collections • Accessories, trims and hardware sourcing and development according to price targets • Managing sustainability targets for each collection 70-80% fabric selection eco friendly • Zedonk data input of all raw materials and collections, production handover and overseeing
• Sourcing and development of fabrics for Pre-Collection, Runway and Capsules/Special projects • Adhering the critical path for every season making sure lead times are respected • Managing deadlines and delivery dates according to the critical path • Managing the budget and achieving target prices as requested for all collections • Overseeing and coordinating all orders and purchasing for sampling • Collecting all technical information and data of materials • Sourcing and researching recycled and sustainable fabric options • Developing jacquards, lace, prints, and special techniques based on the brief • Resolving any technical issues prior to production
• Sourcing and development based on the brief of the collections across outerwear, leather, jersey, tailoring, shirting and prints. Developing average 600 fabrics per season in colour and design. • Purchasing orders for all collections, calculating quantities and ensuring budget is respected • Monitoring invoicing and raising PO's (SAP), coordinating shipments. Material input on PLM • Managing fabric library, ensure seasonal fabrics are archived, keep fabric boards and rails updated • Developing and launching strike offs for prints and jacquards in collaboration with the textile team • Managing all VIP projects & Capsule collections for Menswear • Adhere the critical path, monitoring delivery dates in order to meet deadlines
