Lead and Manage the Buying and Merchandising Team. Responsible for the increase of the Average Selling Price, Average Order Value and improvement of the selection of product in line with Brand principles and New Market conditions. This includes better quality and curation on existing categories and the introduction of new areas and new suppliers.
