Designer and fashion lover, attended Universidade de Aveiro and did Erasmus in Salford, Manchester. I always participated in different activities such as theater and cinema workshops, music, sports and volunteering work, which made me really versatile, dynamic and also taught me how to work in a group. Being in a different country I needed to develop my communication skills and be autonomous. - talking to factories to get them to work in collaborations with the company, expanding the company portfolio - organizing meetings with the factories and clients as well to help the process of the project - going to the factories to meet them and see how they work and their facilities - do a brief meeting with clients to understand their project to align with them the next steps of the project with deadlines, countries of sourcing, products, price range, quantities, fabric… - weekly meetings with the clients to talk about the updates of their project - creating reports of each meeting to keep everyone up to date - update p&l to always know how the financial side of the project of each brand is going - managing excel sheets for shipping’s, quotations, invoices - managing all the project in all stages to make sure the project is on time and well done - report any deficiency to the client right away to decide fast on the next steps - working as a team with other countries to get more options for the clients - getting new clients to the company - getting potential clients into meetings to present companies services for them to sign with us - follow up with every single one by call, message or email - negotiate terms and conditions - prepara the contracts for them to start working with us - pass the client vto a project manager and do a brief meeting with them so they can understand more about the project before the first meeting with their new client
