• Head of the Real Estate Procurement organization (32 FTE dotted, 10 FTE strong) - Management of the Real Estate procurement community • Global strategic Sourcing (Works, Facilities, FF&E, Guest techno, Energy) for all Accor Worldwide properties and Accor corporate offices / 1300 nominated suppliers - 900M€ yearly spend • Develop regional category plan to maximize spend coverage and compliance
• Evaluation of the CAPEX and Maintenance envelop for Accor properties, Franchisees, and Corporate offices (Works-400M€, Facilities -80M€, FF&E-150M€) • Definition of the procurement strategy according to the market and the specificities of the project • Suppliers sourcing, Financial assessment, Negotiation of favorable terms, deliver gross P&L savings
