As a Customer Services Specialist at Moncler, I combine my passion for luxury goods and retail with my skills in clienteling and event planning. I have been working in this role since September 2022, after completing 4,5 years of clienteling, VM and product knowledge majors in the same company. With over 6 years of experience in the luxury goods industry, I have developed a strong product knowledge and a keen eye for visual merchandising. I have also organized and coordinated multiple events in the EMEA region, showcasing the my vision and values. I am fluent in English, Russian, Czech, currently studiying French, and I hold a BA in English American studies from Charles University in Prague. I am motivated by delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for the clients.
