Sales and marketing: 26th November 2022 - Ongoing. During work as a representative for Inside Success, I travel to different areas and educate the public on ongoing social issues that target the youth and what Inside Success are doing to help young people tackle social issues like knife crime and mental health issues with the courses we offer them. We collect contributions from the public. Inside Success has allowed me to develop my persuasive skills and communication skills with all people ranging from different age groups. I am able to make sales and provide useful information to the public.
Work experience {Teacher assistant role} : 17th October 2022 - 21st October 2022. This allowed me to develop my communication skills and patience as I was working with younger pupils - Year 4 aged 8 to 9 years old. This experience allowed me to ensure my organisation skills

Peer mentoring was a course I did during secondary school. Peer mentoring expanded and improved a range of skills I have. For example, my social skills improved drastically. Peer mentoring enhanced my working relationships by participating in team building activities. This improved my communication with my peers and younger pupils I would mentor. This allowed a friendly and eficient working environment. As it gave a range of solutions to an issue a pupil or a peer may be facing. As well as, a positive environment to work in. I am able to difuse challenging situations using conflict management techniques. In turn, this developed my leadership skills to not only find solutions quickly but keep a welcoming work environment. I always go above and beyond to help my peers and younger pupils I am mentoring. I am adaptable and have a consistent work ethic. I value the importance of organisation. Organisation is a key component to any work to ensure it is executed well and efectively.
