In this role, I supported and guided students in upcoming GCSE Paper exams preparation. I designed and delivered GCSE exam instruction and lessons. I crafted and proposed instruction for five courses while actively monitoring outcomes and data for optimal learning growth. I planned and delivered comprehensive courses in American, British, and World Literature. Here are some of my key accomplishments: • Determined and executed best practices for facilitating student academic growth and performance by calibrating periodic and annual metrics in close collaboration with fellow educators. • Utilised data-proven strategies to facilitate struggling participants with below-level reading skills, resulting in improved reading levels by 1-1.5 grade levels.
