I carry 16 years’ experience in the field of Luxury Brand Management in the Middle East supported by a specialised MBA in International Luxury Brand Management from ESSSEC Business School in France. I have a strong knowledge of the Middle East market, its main retail channels and players. In my previous roles I held positions in Wholesale, Retail, Business Development, Retail Training, Buying and Merchandising. I help companies in setting strategies for the development of their International Brands in the region, implementing these strategies and in developing their frontliners being the main driver to business growth.

Gawaher was part of my team for many years during it she handled successfully the different missions and responsibilities given to her including the last one of being a regional division manager / fashion vertical. starting back in 2007 building from scratch the kids' activity @ Chalhoub Inc. a division that reached over 10M USD of wholesale business, and ending by taking the mission to turn around the Karl Lagerfeld business by building the right retail network in the different countries of the region. A passionate person about luxury and fashion, dedicated, very hands-on going into even the small details of the business, results driven sparing no efforts or time to achieve the objectives set, when it comes to the people side, Gawaher was highly appreciated by the brands / suppliers she worked with where they saw her quality of managing and growing their business, the continuous feedback and even feed forward on the collections and products when doing her buying in showrooms that helped a lot to improve the offer and sales in all stores. On the team side, people found her a driving, motivating, fair and pleasant leader to work with. Gawaher had built throughout the years a strong 360 degree of retail knowledge building brands presence and notoriety here in the region and leading and working closely with the different teams involved on both; the coordination side and the operation side to achieve the set objectives. New business development was another area that Gawaher touched, mainly when she was managing the Kids' activity, where she was able to get many new brands / suppliers on board. Marketing knowledge is another add-on that Gawaher has be it from her educational background and even from her earlier work experience Saudi Arabia in this filed. I would highly recommend her.
