User needs are simple yet complex. As a Product Designer, but first and foremost a user, I enjoy understanding how we act and narrow down what exactly we want from a product, incorporate them into my designs and carry out this process with a team of diverse and dedicated individuals.

As a research assistant, I partnered with senior researchers of the team and outperformed expectations by conducting the discovery and experimentation of a method for predicting the lifetime of an LV capacitor. •This new method was backed by key research and data analysis which streamlined the next phase for the recall process of used capacitors.
