I am a Visual Merchandising Lead at MATCHES, a leading online luxury fashion retailer. With a Master of Arts in Curation Practice from the Glasgow School of Art and a Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts from the University of Dundee, I have a strong passion and appreciation for art and design, and I enjoy bringing them to life through visual merchandising. In my role, I apply my budget management and communication skills to create engaging and innovative displays that showcase the latest fashion trends and collections. I collaborate with the buying, marketing and production teams to ensure consistency and alignment with the brand identity and vision. I also train and supervise the visual merchandising/ retail staff and monitor the performance and feedback of the displays. I have over 6 years of experience in the field, having worked as a Visual Merchandising Coordinator at Montblanc Visual merchandiser at Vivienne Westwood and Browns Fashion. I am always eager to learn new skills and techniques, and to explore new ways of enhancing the customer experience and satisfaction.
