Responsible for the development of leather goods and accessories projects from sketch to samples, ensuring definition and delivery of the collection in accordance with the objectives of style, quality, costs and deadlines. A lead contact point between merchandising, design team and external manufacturers. Dedicated presence during fashion shows and commercial shootings for correct styling and usage of the samples.
Responsible for the development of SLLG & Belts starting from the prototypes to production. Managing the link between design and merchandising, analyzing costs in order to deliver the collections within the margin and respecting Zegna’s luxury standards. Resposible for the correct delivery of the samples in order to hand them over to the e-commerce team and assisting them during shootings. Dedicated presence during Fashion Show fitting days
Reporting to the PM I supported the development of SLLG & BELTS starting from prototypes to production. Keeping updated the technical sheets and supporting the various sample defeat and fitting phases. Assisting during fashion shows and commercial shootings for correct styling and usage of the samples
Responsible for driving Atelier Swarovski seasonal collections and special projects, from initial concept to production delivery. Responsible for overseeing prototype development of up to 5 collections seasonally, achieving on time delivery, meeting target costs and merchandising margin objectives and respecting quality standards
Supporto alle attività di design; messa in bella di disegni tecnici; scelta dei materiali e contatto con i fornitori; gestione dei prototipi e del campionario; supporto nella realizzazione di presentazioni e book.
Sviluppo dei prototipi per la tesi empirica nell'ambito del gioiello. Innovazione e artigianato si fondono insieme: stampa 3D e ceramica si uniscono in un connubio di collezioni nuove e sensibili agli scarti industriali prodotte dalle piccole manifatture. Così makerspace e manifatture possono collaborare in armonia.
Together with the senior designer, develop a backpack from scratch till prototype. Also develop an own product, like a female purse. Graphic and Product Design: support online marketing with producing banners and digital advertising. Further support in finetuning packaging as well as sales catalogs.

Disegno di moda, disegno tecnico di moda, comunicazione, metodologia progettuale, capacità di lavoro in gruppo, uso di programmi informatici per il design, ricerca immagini, presentazione progetti alle aziende anche in lingua inglese, lavoro con aziende del settore (Yamamay, Alessandro Agrati Stile). Utilizzo di programmi grafici: Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop. Programmi 3D: Rhinoceros, Solidworks e Keyshot per i render. Esperienza di stampa 3D tramite open call del Polifactory, il makerspace del Politecnico di Milano con cui ho sviluppato la tesi di laurea e ho utilizzato stampanti Dremel, Delta e programmi correlati per la stampa.
