September 2015 - October 2016 During my tenure here, I served regular meals to customers and (being in the location it was) Manchester United fans, which required speed and efficiency which this job helped to advance. Whilst here I also served Costa Coffee due to the store partnership which added an extra element of knowledge. In addition, I helped the head chef to prepare meals for the customers and counted the till at the end of the night subsequently making sure the float was correct for the next shift.
I previously worked at Redstar. It was a claims management company that dealt with PPi claims. This experience further enhanced my previous customer service, team-working, communication and sales skills.
Serving hot and cold food to customers, helping Head Chef with prep and cooking, training new staff to be competent within the role and opening up secondary shop for service (moved there when I became Supervisor). The work experience developed and enhanced many of my key skills such as good customer service, speed and efficiency whilst also gaining more experience in a leadership role.
July 2012 - September 2012 I have previously worked for Safestyle UK where I went door to door giving out free quotes on windows and doors. This developed my interpersonal customer service and also my sales skills.
