• Involved in setting up and management of critical path for multiple men's wear and outerwear brands including; Albam, Artic Army, Cape Heights, Penfield, and Pyrenex. • Manage supplier relationships, ensuring samples and bulk match the timescales, prices, and quality expected. Regularly visiting suppliers across UK and Europe for quality control. Maintaining strong relationships for consistency and efficiency. • Solution finding when timescales/quality are not being matched. • Run fit meetings, ensuring garments meet the specs and are of high quality. • Creation and editing of CADs, flat-drawings, print designs and Tech packs. • Fabric Sourcing - attending fairs and communicating with supplies, liaising with agents to reach best possible prices and quality.

• Lead the day to day running of Production for Finery. • Overlooked fittings and sampling meetings. • Launched lab dips and strike offs for seasonal collections. • Involved in launching a small team with the challenge of creating more sustainable products, by sourcing new materials and exploring/sharing innovative ideas. • Worked closely with designers, print designers, and pattern cutters to ensure that the right materials were matched with the best designs and patterns for final products. • Design and alter CAD files of garments and prints. • Undertake in depth research with Lead Designer and Creative Director of upcoming trends to use on our own products. • Sourced fabrics, suppliers and manufacturers from across the UK and Europe. • Establish and manage the relationships between Finery and multiple wholesalers, suppliers and manufacturers to ensure that cost margins are kept and that products are kept to a high quality.

• Used Zedonk to update fabric/garment costings and information, working closely with the Design Team and Creative Director. • Sourced fabrics and trims for bridal garments and accessories. • Managed relationships with suppliers, ensuring high quality materials, good value, and timely deliveries to the manufacturers before production. • Quality checking and measuring garments, samples and shipments from manufactures, making regular visits to the factories across London and UK. • Process final garments from manufacturers, and arrange for international deliveries. • Using CAD for marketing look books, social media and spec sheets.
