Project Title: FGP 3GI (Third Generation Gas Injection) TCO FGP Future Growth Project is the next expansion of the Tengiz oilfield. This is a project of national significance which will bring great benefits to Kazakhstan. It is expected that FGP-WPMP will increase oil production by about 12 million tons per year making the total TCO crude production to about 39 million tons per year. Significant expansion and modification of the existing gathering system in Tengiz will deliver new production and gas injection multi-well-pads with dedicated metering stations and pipelines. The power distribution infrastructure will link the new and existing power generation facilities and will include substations, overhead lines and switchgear. The Third Generation Plant will include the main processing facilities, Utilities, Power Generation, Sour Water Treatment, Pipe Racks, Flare and Hydrocarbon Drains. It also includes the pressure boost facility to increase the inlet pressure to the existing facilities. FGP will not produce Sulphur. Associated sour gas will be injected back into reservoir to enhance oil recovery. Third Generation Injection will include Injection Compressor Islands, associated Utilities and pipe racks. Responsibilities & Achievements: • Creation and maintenance of Contract Master Schedule, Project Intermediate & Detailed Schedule using P6; • Develop a detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and prioritize critical items (Engineering Deliverables, Procurement Packages and Construction work fronts); • Assess material, manpower and equipment requirements according to the Project Schedule; • Using WFP - Work Face Planning tools (O3 Fluor System) based on CWP (Construction Work Packages) and IWP (Installation Work Package) • Developing Earned Value System (EVS); • Ensured compatibility of milestones of Project Master Schedule; • Preparation of short term look ahead plans; • Preparing project status reports, dashboard, graphs and s-curves on weekly / monthly basis

Project Title: FGP CaTRo (Cargo Transportation Route) The integrated Future Growth Project (FGP) is designed to further increase total daily oil production from the Tengiz reservoir and maximize the ultimate recovery of resources Caspian Transportation Route (CaTRo) was selected by the Future Growth Project (FGP) as the preferred route to accept delivery, accommodate offloading, storage and support onward land transportation of approximately 250,000 tons of modules, pipe racks, and similar amount of general cargo from the Caspian Sea to the FGP construction site in Tengiz, Kazakhstan. The CaTRo facility, also referred to as Prorva, is located about 40 km south-west of Tengiz border and is being designed to accept modules up to 2,000 tons, 66 x 16 x 22.5 meters (L x W x H) delivered on vessels. New Cargo Transportation Route is being constructed as a part of FGP-WPMP. This facility is designed for unloading of the modules shipped from the international fabrication yards to Kazakhstan via the Russian Inland Waterway System and their further transportation to Tengiz. From Prorva to Tengiz the modules will travel across new heavy haul roads. Responsibilities & Achievements: • Creation, acceptance and maintenance of Contract Master Schedule, Project Intermediate & Detailed Schedule using P6; • Develop a detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and prioritize critical items (Engineering Deliverables, Procurement Packages and Construction work fronts); • Assess material, manpower and equipment requirements according to the Project Schedule; • Creation and acceptance of Project EPCM Budget and Capital Budget with performing Cost Analysis and trends; • Maintain cost and schedule budgets throughout projects life; • Developing Earned Value System (EVS); • Ensured compatibility of milestones of Project Master Schedule; • Preparation of 4-week / 12-week look ahead schedules; • Preparing project status reports, dashboard, graphs and s-curves on weekly / monthly basis;

•Project Title: Rehabilitation and Construction of Nizwa – Thumrait Road (Lot 2: 200km/715 km) Nizwa – Thumrait road is located at Centre of Oman. The project was one of the largest road construction projects in Oman with amount $80M+ USD (lot 2). The project involves the conversion to a four-lane dual carriageway from the existing 715km-long single carriageway currently between the towns of Adam and Thumrait, and it includes earthworks, bridges, new junctions, road improvements, pavement., several intermittent grade-separated interchanges, cross-drainage structures, camel crossings, rest and service areas and weigh stations at intermittent locations. I have been involved in this project as a Senior Tender Estimator and Senior Quantity Surveyor from feasibility study and then tender phase up until commencement of execution works. Responsibilities & Achievements: •Creation and acceptance of Tender Schedule for submission; •Preparing tender pre-qualification documents; •Understanding of FIDIC requirements for attending international tenders •Creation and acceptance of Project Capital Budget and perform Cost Analysis/Forecasting; •Integration of Contract High Level Schedule; •Develop detailed Work Breakdown Structure and prioritize critical engineering items; •Preparation of Bill of Quantity (BOQ), price list and estimation of resources; •Valuation of Manpower, Material and Machineries requirements; •Providing accurate and profitable tender documentation •Working for a highly experienced and close-knit tender estimation team

•Project Title: Construction of Saveh – Hamadan Highway (Lot1: 90km/190 km) Saveh – Hamadan Freeway is located at centre of Iran and is one of the most important East-West corridors which play a vital role in terms of transportation in Iran. The project was one of the largest road construction projects with amount $120M+ USD and massive quantities includes earthworks (10M+ m3), 350+ culverts, 10+ special bridges and 2500+ m2 asphalt. I have been involved in this project as a site-based Project Control Manager from feasibility study phase up until completion and hand-over phase. Responsibilities & Achievements: •Guide and direct resolution of project difficulties and complex control problems; •Interact with clients and attend regular meetings and provide reports; •Determine design changes and schedule slippages impact; •Develop and maintain establish standards to exhibit schedule and plan hierarchy and inform project and company management; •Review performance and offer personnel development for employees; •Recommend and customize project control systems to satisfy project requirements; •Understand, practice and lead organization’s commitment by example to achieve zero incident safety; •Coordinate with cross functional team with professionalism, courtesy and tact; •Determine significant irregularities, trends and variances and suggest corrective action; •Gather inputs and update standard management reports; •Coordinate with project management staff to ensure project objectives and timelines; •Identify construction and maintenance costs on materials, equipment and labor; •Create, review and manage project schedules to identify progress, lead times and project sequences;

•Project Title: Construction of Astana – Schuchinsk Highway (Lot 3: 51/300km) Astana – Schuchinsk Highway is located at North of Kazakhstan.The project was one of the largest road construction projects with amount $50M+ USD. The road is the only connection line between Astana city as a capital of Kazakhstan and Russian borders.The project involves the conversion to a four-lane dual carriageway from the existing road currently between the towns of Astana and Schuchinsk and it includes earthworks (5M+ m3 cut & fill), 200+ culverts,10+ special bridges,3500+ m2 asphalt, new junctions, interchanges, cross-drainage structures and service areas. I have been involved in this project as a site-based Project Control Manger from feasibility study and then tender phase up until completion of execution works. Responsibilities & Achievements: •Maintain cost and schedule budgets throughout the project life; •Support project execution and project controls efforts by leading regional office project controls; •Integration of Contract Master Schedule & Consortium Partners Master Schedule; •Management of Sub-contractors and their contracts and invoices; •Working directly and liaising effectively with high level project management. •Develop project controls personnel and Services Manager; •Report actual costs against standard budget, variances,cash flow and project expenditures; •Assess material, manpower , machineries and equipment requirements; •Production and issuing of internal and management Schedule related reports; •Being solely responsible for the day-to-day site inspection and resource allocation; •Have a full understanding of contract, scope,drawings,specifications,procedures and plans based on contract •Reviewing and assessing new scope, new drawings, variations and specifications from the Client throughout the life of the project; •Using a comprehensive change control system: PCN (Project Change Notice) &DCN (Design Change Notice) to record all changes.

•Project Title: Rehabilitation of Almaty – Bishkek road (Lot 3: 65 km/250km) Almaty – Bishkek road is located at South of Kazakhstan. The project was one of most important road construction projects with amount $30M+ USD (lot 3). This road is part of a historical road called Silk Road which is an ancient East-West corridor in Central Asia. The road starts from Almaty city (previous capital of Kazakhstan) and terminates at Bishkek (capital of Kyrgyzstan). The project involves the rehabilitation of the existing road currently between the cities and it includes earthworks (2M+ m3 cut & fill), 100+ culverts, 5+ special bridges, 1500+ m2 asphalt, new junctions, interchanges, cross-drainage structures and service areas. I joined to project execution team as a site-based Project Planner and stayed with them until completion, commissioning and hand over phase. Responsibilities & Achievements: •Creation and maintenance of the WBS; •Updating project Master Schedule on the weekly and monthly basis; •Establishment and maintenance of the Performance Measurement Baseline; •Alerting delays incurred to the project to Project Manager; •Provision of "what if" and Critical Path Analysis reports; •Management of local subcontractors and stakeholders on site; •Document controlling; •Assessing criticality of activities and analyzing critical path; •Supporting project manager in developing, maintaining & augmenting schedule; •Updating and controlling the schedules with special method such as Delay Control System Resulted in a 10% improvement in Project Delay.

•Project Title: Construction of Fire Fighting Building - Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP) Responsibilities & Achievements: •Creation and maintenance of a detailed schedule using softwares (P3-MSP); •Weekly and monthly schedule statusing; •Review and recommendation of improvements to Project Management Systems; •Documenting controlling; •Establishing planning and scheduling procedures; •Analyzing problem areas to determine risks and criticality of schedule activities. •Designing project planning & control system by using of procedures, forms; •Valuation of Manpower, Material and Machineries requirements.

•Project Title: Construction of Jam – Assalouyeh Highway (Lot 1: 40 km/150km) Responsibilities & Achievements: •Maintenance of project Master Schedule using Primavera Project Planner (p3) •Updating project Master Schedule on weekly and monthly basis; •Alerting delays incurred to the project to Project Manager; •Management of local subcontractors and stakeholders on site; •Creating Daily and Weekly Reports •Assessing criticality of activities and analyzing critical path;

Responsibilities & Achievements: •Analyzing tender invitations (more than 10 road construction projects); •Preparation of tender submission documents; •Preparation of Bill of Quantity (BOQ), price list and proper estimation of resources for more than 5 road construction project; •Working on project planning & control systems by using of procedures, forms and softwares (P3-MSP); •Educating more than 50 staff (operators, engineers and project managers) about quantity surveying, planning, scheduling and tracking projects; •Educating more than 20 staff of our clients (engineers) about primavera project planner P3 software.
