As a supervisor, I am responsible for opening and closing the store. I have a team of 7 sales assistants that work under me and on a daily basis, I work with 2-3 of them. I make sure they complete the designated task of the day and keep up to code with the house keeping of the store. I am a huge advocate of open communication so I always let my team know if they have any issue or struggle with a task, they can always ask me without any fear. I am experienced with new collection launches, end of season sales and Black Friday. I am a calm person under stressful circumstances, be it an unhappy customer or a sale gone wrong.
