Handling JJill Account & All Buyers of Orchard Brands. • Recently working on “Mill Evaluation” with one of our brand (JJill). • FABRIC RESEARCH: Create fabric trend presentations seasonally to share them with the concerned teams and buyers. • Coordinate directly with Indian & overseas fabric Mills and/or Vendors to research fabrics. • Research existing fabrics and library to identify potential fabrics for new seasons, as requested by Buyers. • FABRIC DEVELOPMENT: Provide technical fabric consultation to the team, and initiate development of new concept fabrics, when existing fabrics do not meet the objectives. • Validate “Fabric Specification Sheet” for each fabric qualities which are under consideration. • Assure that all newly-researched fabrics are tested, analysed for quality and approved for use and ensure that all fabrics are met with buyer’s quality requirements. • Visit Mills for fabric status follow up & expedite for timely delivery. Mill Fabric Inspection Report Analysis & Surprise visit to factories to analyse the Fabrics & its Qualities received from mill. • Regular Fabric quality research & review, Color & Testing report review and provide technical comments to both Vendors and Buyers. • JJILL and BLAIR APPROVED TESTING ANALYST, JJILL APPROVED COLOR SPCIALIST.
