As a part of a community group providing help to the elderly and the most vulnerable in their various homes, my responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Cleaning and tidying up their room/s. • Helping them take their prescribed medication. • Assisting their mobility as and when necessary. • Assisting them to change their bedding and underwear including pads where required. • Keeping them company and taking them for a walk when safe to do so.
As a part of a community group providing help to the elderly and the most vulnerable during a visit at the clinic, my responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Assisting patients' mobility as and when required. • Preparing and laying patients' bedding. • Assisting patients with sanitary pad change-out as and when necessary. • Assisting patients with their prescribed medication as directed by a professional nurse or doctor.
