I am an adaptable retail professional with experience at Estée Lauder, skilled in customer service and market research. I excel under pressure and ensure precise task completion, bringing valuable insights to the shop floor environment.
During the summer period of 2023, I was applied for work experience with Estée Lauder Companies, specifically in the Marketing Team. I carried out on the field market research, assisted with packing samples ready to be presented to in store customers and produced a report on my findings relating to media presence. I was required to use both my verbal and written communication skills to demonstrate my research skills. Even though this was a short assignment I ensured that I worked to the best of my abilities, where I learnt a lot about the industry and media presence. I was praised by the Vice President, whom I was lucky to shadow, regarding my work ethics and attention to detail.
• Working part-time and full-time during the summer vacations, I carried out the following tasks: • Data input information into immigration forms for the lawyers • Liaise with clients to obtain personal information to insert into the forms • Update the internal Web App and update all customers data • Communicate with lawyers, external agents and clients • Working online from home
