Key Responsibilities: • I made sure all stock was packed with care and transported onto the trucks safely for delivery, assuring the quality of goods was maintained. • With excellent atention to detail, I ensured all items were always in the right location and quality controlled by item sell by date. • It was important to provide a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety procedures, ensuring that my team understood to always practise these skills and requirements. • I used strong time management skills and staff supervising skills to ensure my department ran smoothly. • Possessing strong communication skills, I ensured deliveries were dealt with efficiently and extra staff assigned on a job if necessary.

Key Responsibilities: • I supervised staff and assigned their daily tasks. • I was responsible for opening and closing shifts and banking takings in the safe and ratifying the till and card machines. • Completed and updated excel spreadsheets across expenditure and income. • Updated and managed the Instagram account, posted content daily about new upcoming events/new drinks and food. • Supervised events including gigs, DJ's and hiring of venue e.g. wedding celebrations (lighting/sound/area set up) • Responsible for training new staff in all aspects of role. Then after their probationary period I made recommendations whether to hire or not. • Responsible for ensuring tabs up to £2000 were setled and kept clients across their spend. • I was on call to address any issues including out of hour deliveries. • Checking invoices matched deliveries and goods were stored appropriately. • I developed an extensive knowledge of drinks/cocktails and was happy to create and recommend drinks to customer's taste. • I ensured staff kept to a high standard of cleanliness always assuring health and safety aspects.
