Working with a team providing care and assistance at a community centre for those with multiple sclerosis, which had varying severity across the attendant base. Responsibilities included: • Greeting attendants when they arrived. • Helped operate exercise machinery designed to help mobility of the less able-bodied members – also assisted patients in the use of these machines, for example, transferring them from them from their wheelchair onto the machine. • General care of the attendants – making refreshments such as tea, or filling up glasses of water, and having conversations. • Participated in exercise classes to relieve muscle pain and tension.
