Set up established supplier chain, managed Raw Materials Pos, Inventory and Production Promoted from Intern, Product Manager and Production Manager positions. • Responsible for smooth running of End-to-End production process, working in line with company targets, and liaising / communicating with appropriate departments to ensure stock is on time & available for key launch dates. • Responsible for evolution of Sourcing and margin strategy in line with company targets. • Managing creation of seasonal critical paths • Manages purchasing of Raw materials and working closely with design and tech contribute to development of fabrics / linings / trims. Managing and developing junior team members development to ensure great support. Delegating or taking lead where necessary.
