I was working with Roberto while at Prada Hong Kong Ltd. At that time I was the Senior Merchandising Director in charge of all Asia Pacific retail network while Roberto was in charge of the Retail operations for the same area. Roberto was an extraordinary team player, capable to coordinate all different departments that were involved in the direct retailing. He was achieving the set selling targets while providing guidelines for the most impeccable service and shopping experience. He was able to nurture talents and motivate people.
