Learning to do a task repetitively : preparing bagels every morning made me understand that it was important to stay focused. Still doing my tasks efficiently was a necessity even if it was done daily. Sales : direct contact with customers. Smiling and proposing complimentary services or products was made in order to increase the average basket per customer. I learned that it was always important to greet guest in a polite manner to have more efficient sale but also to be appreciated.
