Responsibilities: • Approaching customers and assisting them with their needs • Maintained sales floor. • Manage the checkout including processing orders, refunds, processing transactions via both cash and card, and completing daily till reconciliations. • Took charge of opening and closing procedures when required. Ensuring all locks and alarms are set successfully. • Achieve personal sales targets. • Managed customers queries and complaints through to a satisfactory resolution, escalating the issue to store manager if necessary. • Ensuring the shop floor remains clean and tidy. • Ensure the shelves and displays remain well stocked with the current merchandise. • Design and install new enticing merchandise display and in-store promotions so customers are aware of new offers. • Organizing stock Nanny/Babysitter Responsibilities • Organizing creative educational activities at home such as games, drawing and crafting • Preparing children's meals and feeding them, including bottle-feeding babies. • Helping elder children clean themselves up and changing baby diapers and bathing them. • Scheduling naps and teaching children good behavior, such as respect and helping with chores. • Transporting children to and from schools and extracurricular activities. • Tidying up play areas and rooms after children and ensuring their safety indoors and outdoors. • Administering the right medicine and taking care of children in case of injuries and illness. • Assisting the children with homework and working with parents to ensure their growth and social development.
