I'm a native German speaker and I'm currently Business Developer for Germany at Rosemood, a start-up based in Nantes that specialises in top-of-the-range stationery. Especially, I work for the international Customer Support team where I am the head of the Customer Satisfaction. I also support the Community Management and Marketing team in coordinating, optimising and finalising projects and looking for partnerships abroad. I work closely with the designers to renew the catalogue, adapting it to customer demand. Following good results, I've been given new assignments: product marketing and content creation, market strategy and communications, as well as writing blog articles and social networks.
