This role, primarily remote, the office is based in Paris, offers the opportunity to shape the future of our leather goods line. You will be tasked with creating 10 new designs per collection, starting as soon as possible. Dive into the creative process, from analyzing fashion trends and conducting market research to planning and developing collections that resonate with our audience.

## Responsibilities

- **Trend Analysis**:

 - Perform detailed fashion trend analysis.

 - Accompany extensive market research.

 - Forecast future needs and preferences in the leather goods market.

- **Collection Planning & Development**:

 - Plan and develop seasonal collections.

 - Create innovative concepts and build cohesive collection lines.

 - Design 10 new pieces per collection, ensuring they align with Lacoste’s brand and quality standards.

## Candidate Profile

- 10 years experience minimum, Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for fashion trends.

- Strong skills in collection planning and development.

- Ability to work independently on creative projects.

- Experience in leather goods design, specifically handbags, is preferred.

- Comfortable with a mostly remote working arrangement, with occasional visits to Paris.
