We're helping a luxury brand, looking for a dynamic individual to occupy the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in sales, marketing, and production operations, and will be instrumental in streamlining their efforts. This position offers the chance to drive their sales and marketing departments while also overseeing non-creative management tasks, thus facilitating a sharper focus on the creative aspect of the business.

Role Overview 

The COO is an essential component of our company's success, responsible for directing our sales and marketing initiatives, achieving revenue goals, and maintaining budgets. The role also includes oversight of production to ensure efficient processes and the attainment of gross margin targets. The ability to initially take a very hands-on approach will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities

Under direct leadership, your duties as COO will include:

- Managing all sales and marketing operations, both wholesale and e-commerce.

- Directing various initiatives such as events, content creation, and ad campaigns.

- Collaborating with the team including an e-commerce manager, PR manager, and sales manager.

- Aiming for and hitting revenue targets and maintaining marketing budgets.

- Ensuring smooth production processes to meet gross margin targets.

We're looking for an experienced professional who can meet these demands, be actively involved in early operations, and shape our team for optimal efficiency and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both sales and marketing and production, demonstrating leadership skills and a hands-on approach to their work.
