Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Consulting Executive to join our Consultancy Team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the development, execution, and management of various consulting projects within the luxury, fashion, and lifestyle industries.

Purpose:

The Consulting Executive will be responsible for overseeing consulting projects, developing strategies, and ensuring effective execution and project management to meet the clients' needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage consulting projects from inception to completion.
• Develop strategic plans and proposals for clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting services.
• Analyse client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a consulting role, preferably within a consultancy department.
• Proficiency in the Italian language is required.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop strategic plans and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in a senior consulting role.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP).
