Join the dynamic Volzhenka team as a Sales Advisor for our exciting pop-up within Printemps, an immersive 6-week experience from 20th November to 31st December. Our mission is to deliver the finest caviar experience to discerning customers around the globe, and you can be a part of that journey. In this rewarding role, you'll leverage your exceptional sales skills to promote our exquisite artisanal caviar products, while simultaneously deepening your understanding of our farm-to-table approach.
As a Sales Advisor, you'll be the face of our premium brand and play a pivotal role in building and maintaining robust customer relationships, delivering personalized product recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. We're on the lookout for a results-driven professional who is ready to champion our commitment to quality and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Engage professionally with customers, serving with outstandning service and product expertise.
- Actively promote and sell our superior caviar products, highlighting their unique attributes and advantages.
- Assist customers with well-informed purchase decisions by tailoring recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
- Keep abreast of ongoing promotions, pricing, and product availability.
- Efficiently and accurately process customer transactions using our point-of-sale system.
- Swiftly and professionally handle inquiries, complaints, and returns, always striving for total customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the store is always well-stocked, clean, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Contribute to sales targets by maximizing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Ability to provide sales reports in English.
Requirements
- Strong grasp of sales techniques with the competency to articulately convey product attributes and value to customers.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring top-notch service and customer satisfaction.
- Proven ability to meet or surpass sales targets, motivated and results-oriented.
