The Senior Sales Assistant’s role is to attend to clients, consistently make sales and contribute to the meeting of targets, as well as willingly undertake any other tasks given by senior management that contribute to the general smooth running of the store. There are also the expectations to use initiative and be a key holder for the store.
— Maximizing sales, reaching personal and store targets through confident advice and styling.
— Providing the highest level of luxury customer service to all Aimé clients
— Taking the initiative to build and maintain a strong relationship with clients, through the use of personal clientele books and email/phone contact
— Maintaining the shop floor and store presentation to a consistently high standard
— Processing deliveries in a timely and organised fashion
— Participating in regular brand training to ensure up to date product knowledge
We are looking for confident, friendly, creative and dynamic applicants to join our small but growing team, with:
— A natural ability to confidently make sales and build an instant rapport with clients
— Experience in Luxury fashion retail (essential)
— Familiarity and passion for the brands in question
— Interest and knowledge in current fashion and trends
— Ability to work well in a small team and juggle several tasks at once
