As UK Senior Sales Manager you would be responsible for driving UK Sales, managing the UK Sales team and coordinating activity in our London Showroom. You will work with our architecture, interior design, commercial development, and private clients in a creative and fast paced environment. This position is an outreach position for a highly motivated individual to develop and implement our sales strategy, advise, and sell to clients, with a focus on the UK market. You will act as a representative of our brand and the designer brands we carry.


Responsibilities

  • Develop B2B retail Business with a detailed inbound and outbound strategy by building relationships and increase conversion for the UK
  • Manage projects with clients from concept to install to post-order follow-up
  • Represent the company in a retail environment as well as fairs and events
  • Retain & loyalise clients by entertaining them with events, trade meetings and marketing events / shows
  • Manage relationships with partners, vendors, suppliers, shippers
  • Achieve sales objectives by developing and building client relationships and overseeing the sales team to ensure that clients are receiving assistance and information in a timely manner and to the level expected
  • Ensuring sales team have adequate knowledge, training and tools to thrive on their roles
  • Monitor sales performance including any performance issues and be responsible for the objective setting and coaching where required
  • Ensure standard operating procedures are executed and policies are followed
  • UK sales team induction, onboarding and training
  • Handle escalated customer complaints
  • Manage the showroom coordinator with maintenance of store aesthetics, organisation and overall standards
  • Team management of 3 people - Sales Manager, Showroom Coordinator and Sales Administrator

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in sales including management experience in a fast paced environment
  • Strong client service skills and readily available for client inquiries
  • Prior experience sales experience in a Luxury business with a strong interest for architecture and/or interior design
  • Ability to create and maintain productive relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Experience of managing multiple priorities and ensuring tasks are completed on time
  • Extremely organised and able to prioritise effectively, with a strong attention to detail
  • Approachable, flexible with a ‘can do attitude to work
  • Trustworthy, reliable, conscientious and highly confidential
  • Fluency or even a good understanding of French is advantageous
