Wholesale & Business Development Manager Middle East

Your role

Reporting directly to the Wholesale & Business Development Director, your role is to ensure the development and expansion of JACQUEMUS in the Middle East region.


Your missions

Implement and Develop the Commercial Strategy in the Middle East

- Implement the partnership and distribution policy on all offline and online channels

- Develop the sales operational action plan with our local partner

- Implement business strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth

- Articulate specific action plans across all wholesale partners

- Provide consistent, accurate insights on the state of the business to inform short-term actions

and long-term planning


Development of the turnover and monitoring of the market

- Analyze and develop the distribution network in line with the brand strategy

- Achieve the objectives set, creating a solid relationship with existing partners

- Visit customers to ensure brand image and strategy is respected, conduct trainings to engage

and educate sales teams

- Collaborate with the local distribution company in the implementation and follow-up of the

commercial and strategic action plans for a good development of the area

Management, Monitoring, Implementation and Analysis of 360 Projects


- Ensure the framework of the Wholesale operations by respecting the deadlines in the

implementation of all projects in line with the brand strategy

- Coordinate new store / corners openings in close collaboration with the different departments

and local teams

- Monitor weekly sales reports: analyze activity to maximize sales and restocking opportunities

- Manage restocking requests and inventory tracking in collaboration with sales administration


Team & Management

- You regularly exchange with the Visual Merchandising team for the management of all pop-up

and corner projects

- You regularly exchange with the local teams in order to build up the strategy and day to day

operations togather

- You regularly exchange with the JACQUEMUS teams (SuppluChain...) to ensure the follow-up

of deliveries


Required qualifications :

- 5-7+ years of business experience

- Open to international mobility (possibility to be based in Dubai) & regular travel

- English is a mandatory and Arabic speaking is a major advantage

- Wholesale and Retail experience is highly regarded

- Relevant qualifications in sales & marketing or a related discipline are valued

- Management and people development skills

- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
