Skims is seeking an experienced Store Planning Project Manager to join our dynamic team on a freelance mission. The ideal candidate will seamlessly coordinate across departments, ensure timelines are met, handle project budgets, and maintain compliance with design standards and regional regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with project partners, including department stores.
  • Create initial project schedules, conduct cost estimations, and oversee daily project management.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to drive project success.
  • Work with the Store Planning Director to select and negotiate with contractors.
  • Ensure project timelines are followed through all stages: programming, design, development, construction, and maintenance.
  • Manage project budgets, control contract quality, and resolve any legal issues.
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications, regional policies, regulations, and brand standards.

Candidate Profile

  • At least 5 years of experience with in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in the Luxury Business or with major international fashion companies.
  • Strong skills in analysis and project management, including written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
  • A proactive, team-oriented personality.
