Skims is seeking an experienced Store Planning Project Manager to join our dynamic team on a freelance mission. The ideal candidate will seamlessly coordinate across departments, ensure timelines are met, handle project budgets, and maintain compliance with design standards and regional regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with project partners, including department stores.
- Create initial project schedules, conduct cost estimations, and oversee daily project management.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to drive project success.
- Work with the Store Planning Director to select and negotiate with contractors.
- Ensure project timelines are followed through all stages: programming, design, development, construction, and maintenance.
- Manage project budgets, control contract quality, and resolve any legal issues.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, regional policies, regulations, and brand standards.
Candidate Profile
- At least 5 years of experience with in a similar role.
- Proven experience in the Luxury Business or with major international fashion companies.
- Strong skills in analysis and project management, including written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
- A proactive, team-oriented personality.
