As our Social Media Manager, you will play a vital role in expanding our brand's online presence and engaging with our diverse audience across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing campaigns, and analysing performance metrics to drive growth and increase brand awareness.

Collaborating closely with our Marketing team, you will develop and implement social media strategies that align with our brand values and objectives. Your creativity and strategic thinking will help shape our digital presence and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • We expect you to manage all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • You will create and curate engaging content for social media posts, such as images, videos, and written copy.
  • We expect you to stay up-to-date with current trends and industry best practices in social media marketing.
  • You shall monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers in a timely manner.
  • We expect you to analyze social media metrics and provide reports on performance and audience insights.
  • You will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency of messaging across different channels.
  • We expect you to stay informed about competitor activity on social media and propose innovative ideas to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • You must have strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends to effectively manage and grow our presence on various channels.
  • You should be proficient in creating engaging content, including written copy, images, and videos, that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
  • You must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with our followers, respond to inquiries, and address any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • You should have a solid understanding of analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of our social media campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • You must stay up-to-date with current industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing to continuously optimize our strategies and keep our brand ahead of the curve.
  • You should be able to develop and execute creative strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads through social media platforms.
  • You must be adept at managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously, scheduling posts, monitoring activity, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • You should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges or crises on social media platforms with composure and professionalism.
