At Nike, we are looking for a creative and driven Visual Merchandiser to join our team. As a vital member of the merchandising department, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays that showcase our products in an impactful way, driving sales and brand recognition.

Responsibilities

  • You will create and execute visual merchandising plans that align with Nike's brand standards.
  • We expect you to collaborate with the retail team to ensure that all products are displayed effectively in-store and attractively arranged to drive sales.
  • You shall develop and implement unique and innovative design concepts for product displays, window installations, and other visual elements.
  • We require you to stay up-to-date on current trends and market developments in visual merchandising and apply them to our stores.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal of the store by keeping displays clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
  • We expect you to work closely with the marketing team to ensure that promotional campaigns are executed correctly within the store environment.
  • You shall provide feedback to the management team regarding customer reactions to store displays and adjust accordingly.
  • We require you to manage inventory levels for visual merchandising fixtures and supplies, ensuring availability as needed.
  • You will train and mentor new visual merchandising team members, providing guidance and support to ensure consistency across stores.
  • We expect you to adhere to safety guidelines and company policies while performing visual merchandising tasks.
