  • You will manage a CRM Marketing Manager, and work together on offering guidance, training, and support to the Retail team to ensure the highest standards are met.
  • You shall analyse client data and feedback to continuously improve service delivery and identify new opportunities for client engagement.
  • You will manage confidential client information with the utmost discretion, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines.
