This renowned Swedish fashion brand, best known for its luxurious handmade footwear and contemporary clothing designs are in need of a Content Product Manager. The brand was founded by in 2014, with the aim to make luxury shoes and clothes. They are acclaimed for its minimalist aesthetic, mixing traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques. The brand has a very strong digital presence and has a global reach with retail stores in cities such as London, Stockholm, and Copenhagen.

The Content Production Manager is responsible for developing and executing digital content and creative assets that are innovative, high-performing and builds a stronger visual and emotional universe and narrative around the brand. The role is responsible for end-to-end production for stills + motion campaigns, for social media content, e-commerce shoots, interior design and other brand related projects for the brand and additional platforms. The Content Production Manager producer will partner with the Art Director, Head of Creative, marketing teams and external production houses to manage and facilitate successful productions and realize creative concepts according to established brief, deadlines and budgets.


The responsibilities of this position encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Own the weekly and long-term production timeline and shoot plan for all campaigns and social content and maintaining deadlines with respect to the release calendar. Communicate the project status with stakeholders and facilitate project-related team meetings and communicate action steps to broader team.
  • Oversee end to end production of all content, campaigns, e-commerce shoots, retail, and special projects: planning, creative, production, Retouch, delivery, wrap, image sharing. 
  • Art buying, negotiation and booking of creative teams and casting, including negotiation of duration and usage rights for all assets produced.
  • Day-to-day tasks involved in the content production process (location research, casting, site visits, studio bookings, catering, permit filing, call sheets, transport, accommodation, vendor forms)
  • Act as an on-set producer on the day of the shoot to ensure a successful and smooth day.
  • Responsible for sending products to and from shoot with UPS and local couriers.
  • Overseeing budgets, freelance rates/contracts, and invoice management.
  • Upload in Google drive and share assets cross-departmentally.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet stakeholder expectations, to establish creative briefs, timelines, and budgets. 
  • Maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and product releases.
  • Implementing shoot calendar to ensure that all projects are kept to deadlines, whilst giving clear oversight to pre and post production schedules.
