You will have different missions around the analysis and optimization of advertising accounts, as well as an important part of reflection and customer relations.

The main missions you will have to accomplish are as follows:

* In daily contact with communication and marketing managers, you will be responsible for the optimization and smooth running of advertising campaigns

* In charge of the day-to-day management of Search marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads ...)

* Management and monitoring of SEO projects

* You will ensure the good management of online advertising budgets by improving the return on investment of the various campaigns.

* You will analyze performance using tools and personalized reports.

* You will also be on constant watch on advertising tools (Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, Twitter Ads, Amazon Advertising, Pinterest Ads ...)

1 / Implementation of the traffic acquisition strategy

* In charge of the Settings.

* Management and optimization of the various acquisition channels (SEA, SEO, Affiliation, External databases, Paid Social, Retargeting ...).

* Ensure the visibility of the website on all media so as to stimulate Internet user traffic with a constant concern for growth in turnover.

* Management of the acquisition budget and compliance with ROI on all campaigns.

* Management of service provider agencies: constant challenge of the latter with the aim of improving profitability.

* Watch over the systems put in place by the competition, and on market trends: “test and learn” logic.

2 / Monitoring of all media sources for performance

* Guarantee an optimal launch of campaigns with a concern for consistency with the overall message (good messages, relevant creations, optimized CPM and CPC, clear objectives communicated to the agency and to the platforms)

* Check of the effective launches of campaigns on time and their consistency.

3 / Reporting, optimization and communication of the results of the various campaigns

* Analysis of performance indicators (conversion rate, average basket, turnover, margin, customer value, ...) and implementation of optimizations for constant performance improvement.

* Monitor and manage the ROI of campaigns, define attribution models

* Preparation of monitoring and decision support reports; Communication of these results internally


Ideal Profile:

5-8 years experience in digital marketing / traffic management & good knowledge of advertising management

Mastery of web analytics tools (primarily Google Analytics)

Transversal vision of the different acquisition levers

Relational skills, sense of teamwork and initiative

Ability to negotiate

Data analysis ability

Fluent English
