Join Alyx Studio, a renowned fashion house, with an exciting opportunity for a Senior Womenswear Designer based in their Paris studio. They are a team that values design-led thinking and product development. The role involves assisting the creative director, the design team, and the creative output, and collaborating with a variety of internal teams. Initially a freelance position, there's potential for a permanent contract based on compatibility and performance. The role also includes occasional travel to London.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Help lead the design team and drive their creative output

* Champion design-led thinking across all aspects of the company

* Lead the development of creative concepts and designs

* Enhance productivity and capabilities of the design team

* Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm ideas for proposals

* Implement quality control protocols over design outputs 

* Foster best practices within the design and creative team

* Create necessary assets for Product and Marketing teams

**Required Skills and Competencies**

*Background in luxury womenswear design

* Strong organizational and communication skills to handle multiple projects

* Ability to storyboard or convert ideas to the wider team nd stakeholders

* Meticulous attention to detail in product design and development

* Comprehensive understanding of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography and the constraints of online and offline design work. 

*Fluent English, french or Italian would be a plus
