JOB DESCRIPTION

WE ARE SEEKING A DYNAMIC AND EXPERIENCED HEAD OF PERFORMANCE TO LEAD OUR DIGITAL MARKETING EFFORTS IN THE FASHION INDUSTRY. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE A STRONG BACKGROUND IN DIGITAL MARKETING, WITH A SPECIFIC FOCUS ON PERFORMANCE-DRIVEN STRATEGIES IN THE FASHION SECTOR. AS THE HEAD OF PERFORMANCE, YOU WILL BE AT THE FOREFRONT OF DIGITAL STRATEGY AND EXECUTION, PLAYING A PIVOTAL ROLE IN DRIVING THE GROWTH AND SUCCESS OF OUR OWN LUXURY BRANDS AND OUR CLIENTS.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT A COMPREHENSIVE DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGY TAILORED TO THE FASHION INDUSTRY, ENCOMPASSING CHANNELS SUCH AS, PPC, SOCIAL MEDIA, EMAIL MARKETING.
  • CONTINUOUSLY ANALYZE CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE TO OPTIMIZE FOR ROI. UTILIZE ADVANCED ANALYTICS TOOLS TO TRACK, REPORT, AND IMPROVE CAMPAIGN EFFECTIVENESS.
  • EFFICIENTLY MANAGE THE DIGITAL MARKETING BUDGET, ENSURING MAXIMUM RETURN ON INVESTMENT AND ALIGNING SPENDING WITH STRATEGIC GOALS.
  • STAY ABREAST OF THE LATEST TRENDS AND TECHNOLOGIES IN DIGITAL MARKETING AND FASHION, APPLYING INNOVATIVE APPROACHES TO STAY AHEAD OF THE COMPETITION.
  • WORK CLOSELY WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS, INCLUDING CREATIVE, MERCHANDISING, AND SALES, TO ENSURE A COHESIVE AND EFFECTIVE MARKETING APPROACH.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN MARKETING, COMMUNICATIONS, OR A RELATED FIELD. AT LEAST 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN DIGITAL MARKETING, WITH A STRONG FOCUS ON THE FASHION INDUSTRY.
  • ANALYTICAL SKILLS: EXPERTISE IN USING DIGITAL ANALYTICS TOOLS (E.G., GOOGLE ANALYTICS, SEMRUSH) AND THE ABILITY TO TRANSLATE DATA INTO ACTIONABLE INSIGHTS.
  • LEADERSHIP: PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN LEADING AND MOTIVATING A TEAM, WITH EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
  • FASHION INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE: DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF THE FASHION INDUSTRY, INCLUDING CURRENT TRENDS, CUSTOMER BEHAVIOR, AND THE COMPETITIVE LANDSCAPE.
  • CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION: ABILITY TO THINK CREATIVELY AND INNOVATE IN STRATEGY AND TACTICS TO ACHIEVE OUTSTANDING RESULTS IN A COMPETITIVE MARKET.
  • TECHNICAL SKILLS: PROFICIENCY IN VARIOUS DIGITAL MARKETING PLATFORMS AND TOOLS, INCLUDING PPC, SOCIAL MEDIA ADVERTISING, EMAIL MARKETING PLATFORMS, AND CRM SOFTWARE.
  • COMMUNICATION SKILLS: EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS, BOTH WRITTEN AND VERBAL, WITH THE ABILITY TO PRESENT IDEAS AND STRATEGIES EFFECTIVELY TO A RANGE OF STAKEHOLDERS.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • FASHION BRAND EXPERIENCE: PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH FASHION BRANDS OR IN A FASHION-FOCUSED AGENCY IS HIGHLY DESIRABLE.
  • MULTILINGUAL: FLUENCY IN MULTIPLE LANGUAGES IS ADVANTAGEOUS, PARTICULARLY IN A GLOBAL MARKET CONTEXT.
