We are seeking a dedicated Concession Manager to lead our prestigious concession at Harrods, representing our brand with elegance and professionalism.

As the Concession Manager within Harrods, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the concession's operations. This includes driving sales, managing the team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining brand standards. You will serve as a brand ambassador, exemplifying the luxury and sophistication our brand is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

 - Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining profitability.

 - Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer acquisition.

 - Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities.

 - Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

 - Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure team members achieve their full potential.

 - Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.

 - Ensure an unparalleled customer experience, reflecting the luxury standards of the brand and Harrods.

 - Handle customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and grace.

 - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, enhancing customer loyalty.

 - Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

 - Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.

 - Manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize loss.

 - Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the values and image of the brand.

 - Collaborate with Harrods management and other concessions to support overall store objectives.

 - Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.


Qualifications and Experience:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector, preferably with fine jewelry.

- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.

- Exceptional sales and customer service skills, with the ability to engage and inspire clients.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.

- Passion for luxury, fashion, and high-end jewellery.
