Wholesale Account Manager - Dunhill

Responsibilities:

Define & Drive Sales Strategy:

  • Develop & manage portfolio of partners to ensure delivery of budgeted sales and agreed objectives across all channels: Department stores, online players, Specialty & travel retail
  • Create distribution/target list for Sales Area on a Seasonal basis. 
  • Define sell out initiatives to achieve and exceed budgets across all channels
  • Closely monitor seasonal performance, commercial actions, and decision making to increase healthy sales and performances in each location of the geographical Area.
  • Define training programs to drive sales
  • Ensure that competitor activity is monitored and reported regularly
  • Ensure payments are received on a timely basis (follow up where necessary) 
  • Develop and manage brand image across the region, through strategic distribution to key influential retailers in each channel
  • Work closely with Internal teams to make sure commercial interests are shared through the business through post-market swot analysis and product needs
  • Market visits and surveys with delivery of Brand, Product and Seasonal trainings. At times when physical travel isn’t suitable, then to be comfortable conducting these over digital channels
  • Ensure all clients respect Dunhill wholesale guidelines doing market visits and regular platform checks

Co-ordinate Marketing:

  • Work closely with wholesale partners each season on marketing and communications opportunities
  • Ensure clear visibility of spend per market and budget alignment

Manage Business Analysis:

  • With the support of operation and merchandisers accurately project sales in advance with clear visibility of planned deliveries
  • Closely manage performance against budgets, provide accurate weekly and monthly progress reports
  • Provide weekly global forecasts to finance/ executive committee members
  • Prepare and conduct monthly update meeting with exco and other departments 
  • Build clear accurate, and professionally presentable high-level reporting and presentation vs targets and KPIs 

Showroom:

  • Be a strong contributor for organising wholesale showroom – and the presentation of key products to maximise sales
  • Strategise and present go to market plan for the region
  • Book all appointments with existing and prospective customers
  • Ensure all wholesale orders are submitted within order entry deadline
  • Work closely with our wholesale partners to ensure an optimal seasonal buy by door

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role, managing wholesale clients within Men’s Designer/ Modern Luxury Fashion
  • Commercially driven with a good understanding of retail operations
  • Strong network/ relationship with key retailers 
  • Strong communication skills with the significant customer experience and enthusiastic selling personality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills/able to communicate effectively across organization.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of personal accountability.
  • Poses ability to thrive in a goal-driven and fast pace environment
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic, high energy level, and detail/team oriented
  • Passion for product and retail
  • Highly organised with strong follow up skills
  • Prepared to travel when appropriate
  • Ability to work as part of a Global team
  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Power Point and Outlook proficiency) - use of Joor beneficial
  • Fluent in English, French bonus
