This fast growing Luxury NFT marketplace is looking for a Head of Marketing with a luxury background and ideally experience of Web3 marketing tactics to take ownership of their brand marketing. A strong interest and desire to work in Web3 is important for this role.

The company consists of 27 people mainly based in Lisbon, plus 3 in Paris and 1 in London. The Head of Marketing position will directly manage a Marketing Manager, a Social Media Manager and a Graphic Designer as well as 3 freelancers consisting of a Copywriter and 2 Motion Graphics Designers. 

One of the company's founders has been covering Digital & Marketing and they are now looking to split out the responsibilities and bring in someone to own their brand marketing. Their key marketing channels are Discord, Twitter, e-mail, Instagram & LinkedIn with plans to start content on YouTube and TikTok soon. This will be created in-house to start with but part of your role will be to review agencies for future content. You will also cover weekly meetings with the London based PR agency to monitor performance and campaigns. 

You will lead and manage the content strategy & creation to make this marketplace a recognisable platform through branding, tone of voice and content. You will build out the strategy and outline the how, when and where of content activity. You will also pick up a branding project with a 3rd party agency to monitor and push this forward. 

This is a very fast startup culture, everybody is excited to be working with and building web3. The person must share this interest & understanding of the Metaverse, web3 and NFTs - it is very different to Web2 marketing.

The ideal candidate will have a background from Luxury brands, working on branding and innovation projects and a strong interest in Web3 technologies if not experience within it.
