Job Summary

We are currently looking for an in-house Digital Marketing Manager to join a Luxury Retail Group. The candidate will focus on data-driven digital marketing strategies to optimise ROAS and achieve business objectives from a group level. Expertise in digital marketing analytics supports effective campaign targeting and conversion value. This role plays a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, increasing conversion, and maximising ad spend efficiency. 

The role requires proficient analytical skills, to allocate marketing budgets wisely, identify growth opportunities, and improve campaign performance through iterative optimisation. This role will focus to support marketing effectiveness, enabling businesses to leverage data-driven insights for successful performance marketing campaigns and sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Creating and executing a strong digital marketing strategy & execution plan
  • Developing and managing prospecting campaigns, retargeting campaigns, search campaigns, and shopping campaigns
  • Managing audience list in various performance marketing platforms
  • Manage and implement digital marketing trackers
  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all performance channels to drive strong ROAS and efficient CAC
  • Implementing A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation
  • Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimisation for key traffic KPIs via paid channels
  • Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
  • Managing, implementing and optimising feeds, including product feeds, shopping feeds etc.
  • Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
  • Staying updated with the latest performance marketing trends, platform and their attribution, ranking , and algorithm changes, and technologies
  • Ad hoc tasks related to digital marketing and performance marketing
  • Reporting into Brand Managing Director

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven working experience as a digital marketing manager in similar field
  • You have prior experience in a similar role and/or experience from agency-side, as well as experience building effective performance marketing strategies and executing them
  • You have experience in Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Centre.
  • Experience in Shopify and Channable is preferable but not required.
  • You have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting
  • You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations
  • You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills
