About the Job: Facilities Manager

What You Will Do

  • Oversee the maintenance, upkeep, and security of the building and retail stores.
  • Manage occupant services including reception, mail, travel, and cleanliness.
  • Organize workspace layouts and rearrangements according to departmental needs.
  • Manage and monitor environmental, health, and safety actions.
  • Organize and oversee refurbishment or renovation works, ensuring full project management.
  • Track cross-functional projects for fragrances/fashion and internal projects (e.g., relocations, policy implementations).
  • Provide regular reporting on KPIs and present solutions for cost reduction and increased efficiency.
  • Directly manage on-site service provider teams (receptionists, suppliers, etc.).
  • Manage one internal staff member (Facilities Assistant).
  • Oversee Facilities and Happiness Management projects (e.g., well-being week, weekly newsletters).
  • Manage travel policies and support the transition and alignment with Puig's procedures.
  • Manage our centralized stock.
  • Handle facilities email inboxes.

What We Are Looking For in Our Next Team Member

  • Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role, ideally within the headquarters of an international, multi-site company.
  • Solid technical knowledge of facilities management and safety and health regulations.
  • Education in Real Estate or Facility Management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in French and English.
  • Client-centric mindset with a results-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in project management.
  • Knowledgeable in budget monitoring and compliance.
  • Strong team spirit.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with sensitivity to the luxury sector.
  • High flexibility, responsiveness, attention to detail, and patience.
