Summary

The Invisible Collection is looking for a creative and innovative UX UI Designer to join our team. As an integral part of our design department, you will be responsible for creating the user experience throughout our platform and improving the overall customer journey. With your excellent knowledge in user interface design, prototyping and development, you will develop beautiful and efficient interfaces that are visually appealing and fully functional.

You will work collaboratively with developers and other departments such as product teams, marketing, merchandising and content production to ensure consistency across all channels. This role provides great opportunities for growth and creativity in the interior industry.

Requirements

We expect you to design intuitive, user friendly interfaces for The Invisible Collection's website, mobile app and other digital products.

You shall create conceptual diagrams, wireframes and visual mockups of our products, ensuring a consistent look and feel across all platforms.

You will ensure that the UX/UI designs are aligned with company goals, brand identity standards and customer expectations.

We require you to test your designs on various devices and browsers, and make changes if necessary.

You shall acquire feedback from customers and team members to improve existing designs and identify potential usability issues.

We require you to collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process to ensure successful completion.

You will use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to analyse user behavior and inform future decisions.

We expect you to stay up to date with industry trends, techniques and emerging technologies, and suggest ways to incorporate them into UI/UX solutions.

You shall lead initiatives to optimise site speed and performance and help define best practices for design.


Profile

You must have 3+ years of experience designing digital customer experiences with a focus on UX/UI design for web and mobile platforms.

Must have e-commerce experience

Expect you to have excellent knowledge in software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Invision and prototyping tools.

You should be able to develop innovative UI/UX designs that reflect customer needs and company branding.

Your portfolio should demonstrate an ability to create user-centered solutions based on research and insights.

We require you to define style guides, standards and pattern libraries which can be used across all product lines.

As the UX/UI designer, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

You need to effectively communicate design processes, ideas and solutions to stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who is proactive in identifying design opportunities and proposing creative solutions.

You must be comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

When needed, you should be able to mentor more junior designers.
