Collection Coordinator & Planning Manager - 1 Month Contract

One of our clients is seeking a Collection Coordinator & Planning Manager to support our creative studio and collection teams. This role involves collaborating with designers, marketing strategists, and product managers to streamline workflows and optimize project timelines, contributing to the realization of our iconic brand vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Planning Definition & Calendar Management
• Define, coordinate, and manage planning & calendars from seasonal framing to market entry.
• Act as the central contact point within the ecosystem: studio, product, brand, sourcing, and distribution (GTM).
• Drive alignment between cross-seasonal calendars.
• Manage seasonal team milestone calendars, including meeting organization and model bookings for collection presentations.
• Support Cross-Univers Milestones Presentations
• Coordinate prototypes set with product & VM teams.
• Ensure prototype availability for collection development, validation, and internal commercialization.
• Centralize prototype conformity.
• Coordinate and Facilitate Legal & Quality Reviews
• Orchestrate legal validation of prototypes with the product & studio teams.
• Coordinate quality prototype reviews within the ecosystem.
• Drive Labels & Hangtags Development
• Manage the end-to-end development of labels & hangtags in relation with studio, product, and operations teams.

Profile

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role involving collection coordination and planning management.
• Agile and adaptable.
• Excellent communication skills, diplomatic and team-oriented.
• Well-organized, proactive, and adept at problem-solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English.
